Positive: The lodge was big and comfortable inside and out, beautiful location by Teahupoo wave. Great view of green mountains behind and excellente view of lagoon and reef in front. Short 5 minute walk to the bus. The owner and staff were great, friendly + helpful.
Negative: The hamburger restaurant at the end of the road closes for food before 5 pm. That is when people are hungry. Dumb. That has nothing to do with the lodge.

Positive: From the lodge's terrace, guests have the best view of the surf waves of the 2024 Paris-Tahiti Olympic Games – and a perfect host.

Positive: Good double room. OK breakfast. Good dinner. Nice staff. Nice view from the terrace towards the Big Wave. Close to the village after the beach.
Negative: Some of the photos of the property show the Big Wave, you can imagine that it is big all year round. It is big, biggest from June to September, when there are a lot of surfers in the area. At other times of the year, there is a regular big wave over the reef. And not so many surfers in the area.

Positive: All good ... Spotles clean everything , friendly host , comfortable ...and quite ( after that noisy Backpacker in Papeete ) Well only 2 in Dorm .... that helps too ...some traveller's can be a pain in the neck.. Rode the bike ,paddled along the beach and the famous wave.. Thank you And , Tourist info office does not seem to know ..there are direct busses from and to Papeete.. Thank you Guenther

Positive: We loved this lodge, fantastic position on the water with a view of the surf and snorkeling 2 steps away. Comfortable room and clean bathrooms snd very tasty breakfast. Offered bikes, kayak and boat rides to the surf break.
